-English as an Additional Language (EAL) program fees
The EAL fees are differentiated by the amount of contact hours the student has with the specialist teacher. These prices include a technology fee associated with the classes, as our EAL program includes application software and course-ware.
In lower school, EAL students are tested at the end of the year with the Oxford Placement Test. Their scores will determine whether they need to continue EAL classes the following year.
Students in Prep1 and first grade are fully immersed in English in their classroom. We have found that children at this age learn very quickly and do not need special EAL classes. Students from Grades 2-6 have pull-out EAL classes daily.
